The project intends to introduce questions about what makes someone believe, or not, a text published on the Internet, and the “proper name” is one of the issues I do not know how to solve. This makes me think that a “name” may one day be referenced as a “trademark” and, therefore, may be commercially patented by its withholder.

Cicero Inacio da Silva is a Visiting Scholar, Brown University (Spring Term 2005) with a Fellowship supported by the Foundation for the Coordination of Higher Education and Graduate Training (CAPES/MEC/Brazil). Assistant Professor, Catholic University of Sao Paulo.
