She wants to leave. He feels safe there. The barren landscape of the bolivian town of Uyuni is cut by a transmission of Peruvian radio. The tense situation of Latin America is in the violence of the wind.

Andrés Denegri was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, in 1975, he studied Film Arts at Universidad del Cine. He is an independent cinema and video director, following a way of visual and narrative experimentation, most of his works has been done in the field of videoart and documentary film. He also works on video installations and creates live visuals whith Tekhne, an argentinian group of electronic music. He also have his own AV project with Luis Marte, a very well known electronic noise musician.
Hi is professor at Universidad del Cine (career of film directing), Universidad Nacional de Tres de Febrero (Master´s degree in Electronic Arts) and Instituto Universitario Nacional de Artes (Visual Arts).
His works has been recognized with the Leonardo Prize 2002 – Category: Video (Museo Nacional de Bellas Artes) and Best Audio-visual Work 2001, (Asocición Argentina de Criticos de Arte). His projects were supported by grants from the Fondo Nacional de las Artes and the Secretaria de Cultura de la Nación. He made an artists’ residency in Montreal, Canada, with the support of Conseil Des Arts et des Lettres du Québec and in Ohio, USA, at Wexner Center with the support of the Ohio Arts Council. His Works on video has been shown in several intenational festivals an exhibitions. He also has experience working as curator and coordinating cualtural events for museums and cultural centers.
