Early winter, evening, rushhour ; the Boulevard Barbès is a field of movement, pulsating and rhythmical. Here you walk differently.

Denis Connolly and Anne Cleary, artists and filmakers, have lived and worked in Paris since 1990, where their work can be seen regularly in alternative spaces such as Espace ÉOF, and Cinema Le Clé and the Cube.
Both graduates of the Trinity College School of Architecture in Dublin, they abandoned architectural practice early and turned their attention to the moving image.
Always working as a team, they have directed and produced numerous short experimental films and documentaries, developing a personal language of film-making where elements of performance rub shoulders with home movie, documentary and experimental film.
- Their films have been shown in festivals and exhibitions all over the world, and have received many international awards and nominations.
